Just a very short write up on my trip from Birmingham to Biggar for Volksfling 2009.

Setting off at 1.30 Saturday morning i was seriously doubting my sanity... But finally 277 miles later i arrived at Biggar Showground. The grey cloud where not what the weathermen had promised, but hey they cant get it right all the time.

The showground was already full of overnight Campers and Vans ranging from Old splitscreens to the latest T5s. The showground is laid out so the arena is very central to all.

Saturday evening arrived and sodid the wind and rain. But this did not take any of the shine off the live band in the Marquee and i think everyone there had a great Time.

Sunday morning there was plenty of sore heads around, BUT more importantly the Sun had arrived as forecast. The Sun stayed all day which made for a great day, Plenty of day trippers where also around enjoying the Bike displays inthe arena along with the show and shine etc.

All in all Volksfling at Biggar showground is one of my favorite shows and i will definatley be the in 2010.
